Bio
Raouiae Khouyi is a public policy and governance professional with a strong track record in program management, research, and capacity building.
She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Mohammed V University-Souissi and a Bachelor's degree in Public Law (French) from Abdelmalek Essaadi University-Tangier. Raouiae currently serves as a Program Associate at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), in addition, she leverages her expertise as a consultant in climate change and sustainability for various entities.
She also brings experience facilitating workshops for Erasmus+ projects abroad. Previously, Raouiae held a position at NIMAR - The Kingdom of Netherlands Embassy in Morocco, where she successfully led the School of Democracy project, focused on youth and political participation. Raouiae is the Representative of Morocco at Arab Youth Council for Climate Change.

The 'Zen Zayan' or ' The beauty of Zayan' (Amazigh tribe located in the Atlas Mountains) presents an initiative coming from women to women, it aims at preserving the national heritage through innovative handicrafts and promoting sustainable job opportunities for women in rural areas .By collaborating directly with local artisans, we’ve curated a selection of fabrics that not only pay homage to traditional Moroccan craftsmanship but also embody sustainability and ethical production.
Zen Zayan presents a unique initiative that seeks to empower women and enhance their role in society by providing sustainable job opportunities and developing their skills in carpet making, it aims as well to improve their personal income and living conditionsto increase their financial independence and improving their quality of life.
